Rigid boxes (also called set-up boxes) are made from thick greyboard covered with printed paper wrap. They do not fold flat — the structure is permanent. We accept print-ready files in PDF (preferred), Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or Adobe InDesign formats. Files should be set up with a minimum 1/8 inch (0.125") bleed, CMYK color mode, and all fonts embedded or converted to outlines. Image resolution should be 300 DPI at final print size. Yes. We offer physical proofs (also called press proofs or production samples) for orders over 250 units or structurally complex boxes. A physical proof is printed on your actual production stock, folded and finished to final spec.
